We're Chrissy and Jason Weaver, and Freedom Café is our family's way of showing up for Greenfield — one honest, home-cooked plate at a time. Everything here grows out of a simple belief: community is strongest when people genuinely care for one another.

We're a blended family, and that's not background detail — it's the whole spirit of this place. When you walk in, you'll see the family photo on the wall, because the people we love are exactly who we're cooking for.
Why it's called Freedom
Jason proudly served in the United States Army, and the name Freedom Café is our quiet, daily act of gratitude for that service. Honoring those who serve isn't a theme we put on the wall — it's woven into the foundation of everything we do.
Cooking Jason loves to make
Jason's love of breakfast cooking is why we serve it all day — and why our six-hour corned beef hash gets the care it does. Big portions, made with genuine craft.
Giving back, every single day
Our Pay It Forward program turns guest donations into gift cards, shared quietly through Greenfield nonprofits. Jason also serves on the board of Operation Veteran Vacation and facilitates the Nurturing Fathers Program locally.
